MBF High Pressure Filling Machines

MBF high pressure machines can be equipped with various options in terms of bottle change parts i.e. easy fitting, adjustable or fully universal to reduce the down time associated with product/bottle changeovers.

General Characteristics:

• Robust construction in stainless steel.
• Simple use, minimum maintenance
• Filler bowl dressed and polished on all surfaces; completely drained and ISPESL tested for a 6 bar working pressure. The filling valves are also precision engineered in AISI 316 stainless steel. An electronic probe regulates the level in the filling bowl. The bottle lifting mechanism has a platform which overhangs the cylinder (starting from 40 filling valves).
• The MBF High Pressure filler is available in the TRONIC version.
• MBF filling machines are available with standard frame or with the new modular GM frame and can be equipped with many options to meet customer specific requirements.
